Coaching for 16 weeks of investment into your future. In this workshop-style bi-weekly series, each session includes two hours focused on key elements of leading others together with up to 10 people. You can do this on your own, or together with members of your team.
These interactive workshops, taking place in-person or online are designed to provide you with an in-depth understanding of what it takes, as a leader and how get there. You’ll be able work on your leadership skills outside the virtual classroom throughout each workshop giving your more opportunities for personal growth while enjoying the journey. After 8 sessions you will have a one-on-one session where your coach can check alignment, and make sure that you are on track with an ILDP.
